wow, looking back from day 1 on Jan 20th and 26.5lbs DOWN go me go me!

I’ve been on my diet now for 3 months officially TOMORROW, as long as I’ve been on BUDDYSLIM> and i’m so happy I made this choice, 26.5 lbs is awesome, & although its actually taken me some time to see my weight loss (*MY NEW PICS HAVE WOKE ME UP ALITTLE) I get compliments like April your waist looks great, your face has gotten so Slim and I look at people and say well thank you, BUT I still have between 30-40lbs I want to lose, they think i’m nuts, so today is my weigh in with Heartbreakers, and alittle DOWN I didn’t lose anything this week, NOTHING =( but I”M GOING TO KICK BUTT next saturday. I’ve been having a rough couple of weeks with my husband, trying to figure out what we are going to do, I’m glad to say he’s finally starting to come around compliments me & all! MY laptop was broke, now back, & i’ve been working CRAZY hours at work….my work out this week has not been GOOD to say the least, MONDAY is a new week & a NEW day! I hope everyone has a great week….if you’re reading this…leave me a note, a booster a email LOL….1 day & 1 pound at a time we can & will do this, you guys ROCK!

I never knew sweat felt SO SO GOOD!

Hey everyone I just finished my morning workout, oh boy did I KICK IT UP A NOTCH! 20 mins, 4.5 miles & 325 calories, thats an average 50 extra calories burned than normally & almost .4 of a mile in miles, can you fell the sweat, well I need to run I through some boneless skineless chicken in the oven before my workout, so I’m sure its JUST about done, I hope everyone has a great day, stay strong, positive, remember 1 day & 1 pound at a time we can & will do this, you guys ROCK! exercise, oh BOY, i’m TIRED, sweaty & I FEEL GREAT!!

Hey everyone, I just finished my workout, didn’t do my exercise yesterday & sunday & mondays are my days off from workouts, so I decided after eating dinner * those extra carbs* I made lasagna I worked my butt off, 30 mins 475 calories & 6.5 miles, sweaty, tired, but feeling great, I hope everyone has a great night, and a better Monday, stay strong, keep the motivation & support coming, don’t give up, 1 day & 1 pound at a time, we can & will do this, you guys ROCK!

Hey everyone, I hope everyone is having a great morning, well I just finished my workouts 20 mins 4.1 miles 285 calories, I hope to do more this evening, i’m DRAGGING today, after my female german shephard, Dixie barked on & off till 2:30 I was finally able to go to sleep, 7:00 am up, laid down for 1 hour at 830. & I feel like i’m sleep walking now, actually at this moment i’m dripping with sweat, how gross, but what a GREAT feeling, hoping this is the enenrgy I need, I myself have been told they can tell in my face, & my chest, hahaha why people are looking at my chest, but yeah my co worker EBONY, love her to death and all told me that my face & chest has gone down AHHH not my chest :( but i’ll take any loss I can get, I can work back on that if it goes away hahaha, which I really don’t think it’ll go away that much, can’t you see me crossing my toes, fingers eyes, LOL, anyways I need to jump in the shower so I can go to work, I pulled into work yesterday 5 mins before my shift start, thats not me i’m usually there 1 hour sometimes 45 mins early, and trust me I felt horrible the rest of the day, I can add meat in today YIPEE i’ve done the last 9 days no meats ONLY fruits & veggies, so I;m SO SO SO ready for some grilled chicken but im honestly not sure if i want another salad, kinda want to give myself just 1 day break may end up with a turkey burger & maybe a grilled chicken salad for dinner, LOL i know but i;m trying to stay away from all the extra carbs hahaha, let me go you guys rock, stay strong, keep motivating & supporting me,

Hey everyone just did 25 kick butt mins on the eliptical, 340 calories, & 5 miles, sweating like a pig & I FEEL GREAT! today is day 9 of my fruit & veggie detox phase, I’m never gonna be so happy to taste a piece of grilled chicken breast, YUMMY YUMMY, I hope everyone is doing great, & having an awesome week, STAY STRONG! we CAN & WILL DO THIS, 1 day & 1 pound at a time! Now as you finish this, if you haven’t gotten time to work out yet, go take 20-30 mins whatever you can do, as emeril says KICK IT UP A NOTCH< =)

Feeling better

Hey everyone, after getting sick saturday, going to the doctors, finding out I have double ear infection, sleeping half the day away, then getting called into work, i’ve done nothing but rest today, I laid down today at 3, thinking i’d nap for 1 hour hahaha so funny it was 7:30, my husband didn’t wake me up! & no dinner was made yet, Mikayla & Sierra go to bed at 8, so I had to run tell Mikayla to shower, *SCHOOL PICTURES IN THE MORNING, so instead of getting her up at 7:30, its 7:00, she ran in the shower as I made turkey rueben for the family & for me it was steamed veggies, YUMMY YUMMY i’m still on my detox phase of the fat smash diet, i’m on day 6, thursday its back to alittle bit of chicken, 3 lbs so far, I’m hoping next saturdays weigh in will be even more! well wasn’t to bad, after dinner & dessert for the kids, fresh strawberries, & coolwhip, it was 8:15 & off to bed, now i’m just finishing up the weekly laundry, last load in the dryer, hoping it will be done in the next 20 mins so I can get in my hottub, & just relax before I Call it a night myself, I feel bad, I do my workouts tuesday-saturday, but saturday with my ears & throat hurting so bad, I just felt so bad, so i’m going to do a work out tomorrow, & do a KICK BUTT workout at that! wish me luck hope everyone has a great monday & a great week! 1 day & 1 pound at a time, WE can DO THIS! It’s Friday, workout done, 6.4 miles & 470 Calories burned

Man I just did my elliptical 30 mins, 6.4 miles 470 calories burned!!!!!!!!!! phewwwwwwwww………………..I’m sweaty but IT FEELS so good! Lets all get the motivation needed to do that exercise, weigh in is tomorrow, I wanna drop these pounds, I’m going to come home & do my pushups & crunches, & maybe just maybe I’ll jump back on the elliptical, I HOPE EVERYONE has a great day! 1 day & 1 pound at a time WE can do this! off to the shower, then off to work :( Stay Strong! we CAN DO THIS! you guys rock! :D
