Just another Day

today I walked on my lunch, want to get on my elipitcal but im so tired, walked about 30 minutes, and trust me when I say I got up from my desk EVERY chance I got and took the long way to my destination LOL did great on the water today,,,,I told my supervisor, i’m on a mission, water is my goal LOL no SODA none! go me<,, LOL HE KEPT LAUGHING AT ME i had to go the ladies room 6 times while *WORKING* and that is not even including my breaks or my 1 hour lunch but before i was going to the ladies room 1 or 2 xs a day a work,, not GOOD< tomorrow is a bigger & better day, you guys are great,,..together we can do this! have a wonderful NIGHT i’m going to bed!

Another day Another workout YEAH!!!!!

ok I didn’t get home from work until 11:20, but I did good I walked inside, saw my hubby passed out sleeping on the couch, snuck bye, put on my work out clothes, down stairs I went & did this workout 20 mins, may not sound like much but LET ME TELL YOU… this particular workout is hard & will kick your butt, 5-7 mins in I wanted to stop, give up, I made myself go downstairs no music no tv, as I started to give up, I just reminded myself what the end result would be, a NEW HEALTHIER me… I know its not going to happen overnight, 1 day at a time, i’m so excited I found this site, so many great inspiring people, everyone is so nice, giving advice, just being there, being POSITIVE.. if I can do it, ANYONE can, so Before I go to bed I just wanted to say, THANK YOU EVERYONE, you guys are great, we can do this, we can all do this together! have a great night!

I’m so proud of myself…

Ok today was a REALLLLLLLY bad dad, had to call out of work ALOT of personal problems, work understood but all I wanted to do was stay in bed, I dreaded going down stairs to get on my eliptical machine, other then going to the gym yesterday with my best friend, this would be day 2 for exercising in probably 8months if not more, but I did it, I had my chicken grap salad from Lowes YUMMY no bread, water water water, then had my hubby hook it up *yeah its been that long* LOL…got on told myself, Ok April you’re gonna do 15 mins you can do it, 15 mins came and the sweat was pouring off GROSS> I saw hey i’ve done 3.5 miles & burned 60 calories SO I PUSHED myself and made it to 3o mins AND IT wAS hard> but I did it, the end result, 131 calories and 7 miles in 30 minutes, Im going to stick to 3o mins for a week or so 5 days aweek I do want to get my weights in on it also, but figured 1 baby step at a time…. for now, im proud tomorrow is a bigger and brighter day for today i’m glad i’ve done it, YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

I DID IT

Ok I did it, I worked out today, for the FIRST time in probably 8 months or so! GO ME GO ME GO ME =) I really am excited, I went with my best friend Rebakah, did 15mins on the treadmill, then after that I thought my legs where gonna fall off, oh the pain, 15 mins on the bike, SO MUCH Better, 5 mins of arm exerciseds & finally 15 mins of slow down on the treadmill, NO SODA GO ME GO ME….i’ve had 101 ounces of water to boot! this is day 1 of my new me, alittle motivation has gone a LONG way & I really appreciate everyones motivation, support it means the world to me. this time next year you won’t reconize me..tomorrow i’m getting my daughter to school then i’m going down in my basement and i’m going to get on my eliptical machine for 3o mins NO EXcuses for now i’m going to bed, thanks everyone for the support!! YOU GUYS ROCK!

weight loss, motivation

I’m so frustrated, I did great this time last year, dropped 40lbs from 18size to a 12 but then I fell off the wagon so to speak..my husband isn’t supportive at all, never telling me I look good, never noticing when I drop a size or two,. I went on a cruise back in April, did awesome, got an elipitcal machine for mothers day did great for about 6 weeks, now i can’t bring myself to go down & use it, its there & I come up with every excuse,.. I need support I need motivation,

I’m so frustrated., dropping weight is hard., oh boy, I just need alittle push in the right direction! HELP,,,
