Down 3 lbs

Ok everyone I finally weighed myself after my last weigh in of over 3 weeks ago, 3 lbs alittle less then what I would’ve hoped for but, 3 lbs shed off this body! =)  anyways i’m doing my detox phase of Fatsmash starting day 1 tomorrow! then I will weigh myself on day 10, and keep everyone posted, i’d love to hit the 170’s mark! wish me luck! you guys rock thanks for all the support & motivation, love you guys!

This is really not a diet but a normal healthy way to eat by the end of phase 4.
There are 4 phases. Phase 1 is detox to clean out your body of all the junk we have been abusing ourselves with. You eat all the fruits & veggis you want except white potatos & Avacados. You also can have up to and any of the following: unlimited legumes/beans & tofu, 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 cups of brown rice, 2 cups lf or 1% milk, 2 6oz yogurts and 4 eggwhites (eggbeaters) only water & 2 cups of herbal tea to drink. you get a very limited amount of olive oil & lf & ff dressing to use. You do this for 9 days. You are not suppose to weigh until AM of day 10 but I weigh in almost everyday, the progress motivates me! My husband hasn’t weighed yet.

Phase 2 for 3wks you keep everything you are eating in phase I & add in most protein meat chicken turkey fish (except pork), 1 whole egg add unsweetend ceral, 1 oz of cheese, coffee 1 10 oz cup & 2 diet pops a day come back.

Phase 3 4 weeks: increase the amounts of protein, adds ff mayo & peanut butter, 2 whole eggs, 3 cups of lf milk now & 1.3 oz of lf/ff cheese, 2 cups of freshly squeezed juice & whole grains bread 4 slices a day, 1 cup of pasta and 1 desert serving per day.

Phase 4 for life every food you want come back including alchol & all sweets/chips everything. the idea is your able to now handle a snack or high fat meal & go back to your regular good habits you have learned to retrain your body with.

He also demands 5 days of cardio work out a week & the time spent exercising increase 20% every phase. This is key to burning calories while reducing your calorie intake w/food make you loose the wt twice as fast.

It is so easy & I have gotten creative w/recipies during the 1st 9 days & we grilled veggies & ate lots of bean soups.

I found this on a site searching, & let me tell you I’ve done the fatsmash diet in the past I have lost 40 pounds in about 3-4 months, 12 in the first 9 days of detox, if I can do it anyone can! google this, try it out, I’m going to go back to my detox saturday, its not a *DIET* its a healthy life change, We can do this! REALLY bad day =*(

So today my uncle passed away, he was in alot of pain, & it was the hardest decsion my husband had to make, but after double phneomia, heart attack, blood infection & kidney failure, all since sunday it was the best choice, it just really really sucks, I haven’t even had time to exercise today, it was a choice go see him in the icu or workout, & i’m so glad I went & saw him 1 last time. I’ve cried, now im just feeling empty, my supervisor kept trying to send me home, but I said no, I’m going to take the next 3 days off, its hard, my husband was there when they pulled the plug,  my 4 year old Sierra has taken it really hard, cried forever, Mikayla is taking it alittle better, I just hope it gets better, if not for me for my husband, * this was his uncle* my mother in law & my children, I’m glad he is no longer in pain, it just really hurts, so for tonight i’m going to excuse myself from my workout, go to bed, tomorrow is going to be a LONG day, I hope everyone else is having a better day. thanks for listening..April

Saturday another day another KICK BUTT workout read this!

HEY EVERYONE JUST GOT DONE 25 MINS. 350 CALORIES & 5.5 MILES, 40 CRUNCHES & 40 PUSHUPS, GO ME! YOU GUYS ROCK, and I did behave myself last night had water with lemon but didn’t get home till 2:00am and in bed at 3:30ish, oh boy!!!!!!!!!!!! back up at 5:30 for 1 hour ahhhhh and at 11 my husband came in and was like you gonna get up today>? LOL,,,and I’ve been DRAGGING all day long. I’m going to get 1 more work out tomorrow, a quick but effiecient workout, another kick butt work out!!! I’m trying to get my self into 2 work outs a day only did 1 today & 1 yesterday so tomorrow 1 won’t kill me! ok people as you finish reading this, if you haven’t done your workout yet, go on & get it done! YOU GUYS ROCK, REMEMBER 1 DAY & 1 POUND AT A TIME WE CAN DO THIS! lets get this weight off!

Morning exercise, 20 mins with 260 calories burned 4.2 miles =)

Now everyone think about it, I just burned 260 calories and its only 11:00, do you know what that means? That means I’m going to have an awesome day! I’m going out after work tonight to a bar to meet up with a few friends leaving my job =( no worries I’m going to order that non-alcoholic bottle of Water with lemon LOL had you all thinking didn’t I?? I’m moving foward, don’t want to leap back! Remember together 1 day 1 pound at a time, WE can do this! Stay strong lets continue this awesome motivation, support it means the world to me & keeps me going, so I know it does the same to you, now as you finish reading this, if you Have NOT done your daily workout, GO GO GO do 20 minutes, you will feel 100% better I promise, WE CAN DO THIS!! We all came here for a reason, so as you read this, remember together with support, motivation we can do this, 1 pound & 1 day at a time! Morning Daily Exercise & advice???

Ok everyone I did another morning exercise, not feeling myself MIGRANE but I made myself just do it, now its time to jump in that shower,, LOL anyways I did 4.3 miles and 266 calories NOT TO BAD go me! I’ll be back later thank you everyone for the support, the motivation I only hope that am HALF as supportive to you guys are you to me! you guys ROCK, remember 1 day & 1 pound at a time we can WIN THIS BATTLE!

2 workouts in 1 day yet again GO ME GO ME!! =)any ????

Hey so I just did 10 mins this evening I have a migrane so didn’t want to push it, so that totals me at 30 mins on the eliptical machine today with a total of6.5 miles, 410 calories burned 30 minutes total GO ME GO ME only did 40 crunches & 40 pushups AHHHH they are HARD but I am SO PROUD OF MYSELF GO ME! Im gonna keep this kick butt workout going Im loving doing in the morning if I get home & can squeeze in 10 or 15 mins if I don’t then I still don’t feel guilty, still counting my calories, keep up the motivation & the support it is really helping I love each & everyone of you guys! you guys ROCK! 1 day & 1 pound at time WE can do this!

Morning Kick Butt Workout,. ANY SUGGESTION?

I did my 20 min kick butt exercise this morning, 285 calories, 4.2 miles, and I am SWEATING like a pig, wow that sounds SO GROSS, but feels SO GOOD, I know when I’m sweating I’m doing SOMETHING right!! =) WELL I’M GOING TO DO SOME CRUNCHES & PUSHUPS AHHH OK SO 20 PUSHUPS, & 25 CRUNCHES!!! now I really NEED TO RUN INTO THE SHOWER SO I’m NOT LATE FOR WORK… oh & I’m only running on about 4.5 hours ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ok everyone keep up the great work, you guys Rock! We Can Do This!
