Morning Kick Butt Workout,. ANY SUGGESTION?
I did my 20 min kick butt exercise this morning, 285 calories, 4.2 miles, and I am SWEATING like a pig, wow that sounds SO GROSS, but feels SO GOOD, I know when I’m sweating I’m doing SOMETHING right!! =) WELL I’M GOING TO DO SOME CRUNCHES & PUSHUPS AHHH OK SO 20 PUSHUPS, & 25 CRUNCHES!!! now I really NEED TO RUN INTO THE SHOWER SO I’m NOT LATE FOR WORK… oh & I’m only running on about 4.5 hours ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ok everyone keep up the great work, you guys Rock! We Can Do This!
