Now that i’ve got your attention, I just wanted to say I am so proud of each and everyone on this site! We all came here for a reason, so as you read this, remember together with support, motivation we can do this, 1 pound & 1 day at a time! I hope EVERYONE has a great FRIDAY, stay strong, you guys ROCK!!! Now lets burn those calories!!
