Morning exercise, 20 mins with 260 calories burned 4.2 miles =)

Now everyone think about it, I just burned 260 calories and its only 11:00, do you know what that means? That means I’m going to have an awesome day! I’m going out after work tonight to a bar to meet up with a few friends leaving my job =( no worries I’m going to order that non-alcoholic bottle of Water with lemon LOL had you all thinking didn’t I?? I’m moving foward, don’t want to leap back! Remember together 1 day 1 pound at a time, WE can do this! Stay strong lets continue this awesome motivation, support it means the world to me & keeps me going, so I know it does the same to you, now as you finish reading this, if you Have NOT done your daily workout, GO GO GO do 20 minutes, you will feel 100% better I promise, WE CAN DO THIS!! You guys ROCK!! April

    Great job! I did 20 minutes this morning as well, but only burned 180 calories. I gotta kick things up a bit! LOL.
