Saturday another day another KICK BUTT workout read this!
HEY EVERYONE JUST GOT DONE 25 MINS. 350 CALORIES & 5.5 MILES, 40 CRUNCHES & 40 PUSHUPS, GO ME! YOU GUYS ROCK, and I did behave myself last night had water with lemon but didn’t get home till 2:00am and in bed at 3:30ish, oh boy!!!!!!!!!!!! back up at 5:30 for 1 hour ahhhhh and at 11 my husband came in and was like you gonna get up today>? LOL,,,and I’ve been DRAGGING all day long. I’m going to get 1 more work out tomorrow, a quick but effiecient workout, another kick butt work out!!! I’m trying to get my self into 2 work outs a day only did 1 today & 1 yesterday so tomorrow 1 won’t kill me! ok people as you finish reading this, if you haven’t done your workout yet, go on & get it done! YOU GUYS ROCK, REMEMBER 1 DAY & 1 POUND AT A TIME WE CAN DO THIS! lets get this weight off!
you are an inspiration. you keep me on my toes. i’ve also started to do the 2 workout a day thing– i’ve got to try to keep up with you =) i’m only do the lifting as my second workout, though. sprint 8 and crunches in the am and lifting in the pm–with my daughter, which is really cool. thanks for being so competitive and positive.
