2 exercises in 1 day??? GO ME!!! =)

ok so everyone knows I did my kick butt exercise this morning burned 268 calories I think, 4.2 miles, I said i’m going to start them in the morning, and when I get home i’d see how I felt, well today I came home & decided I can do this, so down I went I did 15 mins on my eliptical of that kick butt exercise, burned 220 calories, 3.2 miles, when I got off, I thought let me try doing some CRUNCHES, owwwwww! LOL but I did 40 i’m going to start out slow, & work my way up LOL, then I said COME ON APRIL lets try pushups, LOL I DID THE GIRLY ones!! haha, that was Hard MY ARMS ARE so WEAK,,,,,, I WOULD DO 10 BREATH A MINUTE GO BACK & DO 10 MORE, AND ALL TOGETHER I DID 40 OF THOSE, baby steps LOL so tomorrow its back to exercise in the am,  tomorrow is going to be a LONGGGGG day for me, usually I get Mikayla on the bus, come home lay down for 1 hr 3o mins or so get up work out take a shower, relax play with sierra or shall I say fight over the remote, its always DORA, BOOTS, SPONGEBOB, then its OFF TO WORK, getting home at 11:15-11:30 can be tiring, so get that little bit of R&R is so nice for me, but weds, I meet up with another BUDDYSLIM Lora, and we have lunch, so on weds, after getting about 5 hours of sleep I get mikayla on the bus, come home work out, take my shower then its off to loras about 10:15-10:30, I really do enjoy getting together with her, we have some baked chicken veggies & just talk about the week, so I think for now its off to the shower, then I’m going to try to fall asleep by 1:00 back up at 7:00…..my ARMS HURT,,,,,,LOL but I know in the end, the results are WHAT MATTER, remember people 1 day & 1 pound at a time we CAN DO THIS. Stay strong! YOU GUYS ROCK! thank you everyone who for your support & motivation you keep me going DAILY!!!!

Any advice??? exercise!

ok everyone i’ve decided to start my exercise in the morning that way when I get home at 1130 at night if I’m just TO tired, then I won’t feel guilty I just did my 20 mins of intense kick butt work out on my eliptical, in 20 mins I burned 266 calories!!! i know that is amazing LOL and did 4.1 miles, I figure if I can get my work outs done in the morning, then when I get home in the evening, if I FEEL the urge to go work out that will just be a bonus work out LOL i’m frustrated because I did want to add my weights, but mine are only 2.5 lbs and I hope I can do more then that LOL, I can’t figure out my husbands weight bench so I”m going to finish this go call him & ask that he put some weights on there so its set up when Im done with my eliptical I can just jump into my weights, doing FEW crunches THEY HURT LOL, gonna have to take baby steps into those, LOL but i’m working my way up there, thank you to everyones support & motivation, I realize we all have our bad days, just remember it will get better, you guys rock, love you all! keep up the great work, 1 day 1 pound at a time we can do this!!!

Hey everyone had a bad weekend, but the good news is its a NEW day & a New week, i’m back to exercising tomorrow, gonna burn those calories! Still counting my calories Just wanted to thank everyone for all your support, I know with support, motivation, *WE* can do this, 1 day at a time………….So everyone STAY STRONG! You GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

frustated, giving myself a hard time =(

Hey everyone, sorry I haven’t been on much these past few days, been having some personal issues, but it will get better. I didn’t do so well yesterday with my eating or my exercise, my hubby & I took my mother in law out for her 75 birthday, we went to Carabbas which is an amazing italian place, but the wait was 1 hour, with 2 girls crying to eat, we ended up at Red robbins, ahhhhhh the best hamburger spot around, so I did it, I had me a chilli cheeseburger, it was so good & I felt so bad after but NO FRIES…..grrrrrrr, then it was off to the movies, when I got  home at 11 the last thing I wanted to do was exercise and saturdays are my day 5 of exercise, I give myself sundays & mondays as my 2 days off to give my body the rest, and I feel GUILTY,.. tomorrow is a new week, i’ve been feeling STUCK with my weight these past 2 days, I know its 1 pound at a time, just been giving myself a hard time, my daughter is out of school tomorrow so I’m going to get up & spend time with her, at 7 years old she is to GROWN for her mommy to give her hugs & kisses in front of anyone, Sierra is 4 & she’ll take all the kisses I can give her, I’m going to kick myself back into workout mode, I did good today made some grilled chicken for dinner, with veggies, & rice it was SO GOOD………ok everyone I promise, with a new week, i’m going to get back to ME, I want this weight off, for me for my kids, I know with you guys there is no way I can fail, so keep me motivated, I know we ALL have bad days, this weekend just happened to be MY TIME, tomorrow I’m going to go back to my journal writing all my calories & fat down, I know that will give me the JUMP start I need, tueday is my day 1 of exercise, so I’m going to double up, I hope everyone else had a great weekend, & remember together with motivation, support, WE can do this, 1 pound at a time! You guys ROCK, thank you EVERYONE for the support!

Fridays exercise

Hey everyone, just wanted to keep everyone up to date with my daily exercise, today I did 25 mins 5.5 miles 341 calories, and I am EXHAUSTed, but I feel SOOOOOO good, keep up the great work everyone! you guys rock, TOGETHER WE CAN DO THIS 1 pound at a time!

Alittle frustrated!

Hey, alittle frustrated today, didn’t do so good eating! lunch NOT good, cheeseburger, dinner chinese, MY HUBBY took me to a get chinese it wasn’t really all that good, so I tried the shrimp YUCK! the chicken & brocolli, it was ok, I felt SO SO bad when I got home that I worked my butt off, well 25mins.  but 5.2 miles 340 miles., I feel alittle better, BUT I still feel bad, I know its just a day, but tomorrow is my mother in laws 75 birthday, and so we’re taking her to my FAVORITE italian spot called Carrabas., so I have to make a better choice tomorrow! ANYWAYS  I HOPE EVRYONE HAD A HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, REMEMBER 1 DAY AT A TIME!

My Work Out, My Friday, any ADVICE???

Hey everyone, so today is my friday since i’ve taken vacation days for tomorrow & friday. I did my workout this morning, 20 mins of eliptical 4 miles & 280 calories I”M MOVING ON UP on those calories burned! and I am LOVING IT, did only a few mins of weights, really want to get into it, so tomorrow, I plan on doing my workout in the morning, then my weights, & add crunches & pushups. I did good with my calories today I had 1,160 my goal is 1200, so I think thats good, 26 grams of fat. Someone made a suggestion so I wasn’t SOOOOOOOOO tired which I have been I guess trying to get used to the low calories & all, they said eat something with high protien, SO as I was flying through the store today, with NO CART only planned on going to get 2 or 3 items, but after grabbing those YUMMY 90 calorie snacks, oranges, and some odds & ends I ran out of room, & just couldn’t find those protien bars, but what I did find was something called South Beach Diet breakfast bars, and it was YUMMY had 10 grams of protiens, does anyone have any suggestions on calorie or fat or protein? Trust me when I say I am always  excited to get advice from people, you guys are the best, you motivate, & support me to the fullest, I just hope I am doing the same, you guys ROCK. 1 day, 1 pound & 1 step at a time we can do this STAY STRONG! Again I would love ANY advice, so i’m hoping as you finish reading this, you will send some my way, =) have a great night!

Daily Exercise

Ok everyone today is my Monday for working out, I know but I work out Tuesday-Saturday & give my body a break on Sunday & Mondays, I did my 20 mins 270 calories & 4 miles, I may come home & do 10 tonight, we’ll see, well just wanted to keep everyone posted, still counting my calories, 1200 daily, so thats a plus, I feel good, I know its gonna take 1 day at a time, I can’t wait for the end result! everyone keep up the great work! Remember, together 1 day, 1 pound & 1 step at a time, we CAN do this! You Guys ROCK!

ON CLOUD 9 =)

Ok, I did my 2 week weigh in and 9 lbs down & i’m on cloud 9, I’m so HAPPY. I feel like ANYTHING is possible! I know that if I can do it! Anyone can do it! 1 DAY, 1 pound, 1 step at a time! So everyone lets keep the support up, the motivation, the encouragment, together *WE* can do this! Everyone have a great week at work, and KEEP up the great work! You Guys Rock!

weigh in today

Hey everyone, I did it, no matter how nervous I got, I weighed in, my first official 2 weeks, oh boy, but I did it got on that scale & saw 9 lbs. gone, YIPEEEEEEEEE.. I can honestly say everyones support, motivation has been so helpful, and key in my success, you guys Rock, remember I always say with support, motivation, encouragment, 1 day, 1 step & 1 pound at a time! We can do this, you guys ROCK!
