I’m back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey everyone after last week & no exercise, I”M BACK!! I just finished my 20 mins of sprit 8 kick butt cardio, 4.3 miles & 290 calories, that is actually the longest miles & calories i’ve burned in 20 mins, I was doing double work! generally I burn about 260 calories & 4.1 miles, 20 girl push ups *DON’T LAU GH* and 20 crunches, & i’m done with my AM work outs, i’ve also started my DETOX PHASE of FATSmasher DIET, IF YOU LOOK at my previous blogs & do have some information on the diet, check it out, basically for the next 9 days I will only eat fruit & veggies, water, then I move on to phase 2, so i’ve had some grapes, a bananna, i’ll have a salad for lunch & a salad for dinner, & an orange in between, I’m all sweaty & my 4 year old is rolling balls all on the floor so I know its time for me to go! I JUST wanted to put my thoughts down on here, I know I can type anything i’d like, and you guys will just read support & motivate my butt in the correct direction if ever I fall back, I plan on doing my eliptical again when I get home about 11:30 tonight, 10 mins & 20 more crunches & 20 pushups, THE WAY I look at it is if I can get my work out done in the am, thenĀ when I get home at night if im not ready to pass out I can just do an *Extra* workout hahaha see how that works, I”M SO SMART anyways you guys rock, keep the support & motivation coming, remember WE can do this 1 day & 1 pound atĀ a time!
