gosh that was a hard workout, & wanna know something funny, I had to run literally to get Mikayla on the school bus, forgot my bottle of water down on the elliptical machine oh well I guess I’m just gonna HAVE TO go down do 10 mins hehehe added just slow pace, & I couldn’t do my crunches & pushups, did VERY good yesterday had 2 salads, 1 bananna 1 orange, pinapple, lots of water well I think 90-100 ozs?? ok let me go finish my work outs & i’ll post yet another blog I LOVE TO BLOG, it lets me put in words what I’m thinking,. you guys rock, remember 1 day & 1 pound at a time we can do this! lets burn that FAT!
