I never knew sweat felt SO SO GOOD!
Hey everyone I just finished my morning workout, oh boy did I KICK IT UP A NOTCH! 20 mins, 4.5 miles & 325 calories, thats an average 50 extra calories burned than normally & almost .4 of a mile in miles, can you fell the sweat, well I need to run I through some boneless skineless chicken in the oven before my workout, so I’m sure its JUST about done, I hope everyone has a great day, stay strong, positive, remember 1 day & 1 pound at a time we can & will do this, you guys ROCK! HAPPY THURSDAY!!!

Way to go Heartbreaker! I love kicking my workout up, it feels soo good to get a challenge. Plus I always feel and see a difference in my body when I do that. Keep it up!
