It’s Friday, workout done, 6.4 miles & 470 Calories burned

Man I just did my elliptical 30 mins, 6.4 miles 470 calories burned!!!!!!!!!! phewwwwwwwww………………..I’m sweaty but IT FEELS so good! Lets all get the motivation needed to do that exercise, weigh in is tomorrow, I wanna drop these pounds, I’m going to come home & do my pushups & crunches, & maybe just maybe I’ll jump back on the elliptical, I HOPE EVERYONE has a great day! 1 day & 1 pound at a time WE can do this! off to the shower, then off to work :( Stay Strong! we CAN DO THIS! you guys rock! :D

2nd round of workout for me today! total 6.5 miles 466 calories burned!

ok everyone I finished my workouts, 466 calories later & I feel great 30 mins,. split up, 20 minutes this morning about 7:30 & I just did my 10 mins about9:15 total off 466 calories burned & still burning hahaha, 6.5 miles & the sweat keeps coming, 20 pushups & 20 crunches, now I need to really jump in the shower have a great day & GO HEARTBREAKERS! remember 1 day & 1 pound at a time we can do this!

305 calories 4.3 miles GO ME!

gosh that was a hard workout, & wanna know something funny, I had to run literally to get Mikayla on the school bus, forgot my bottle of water down on the elliptical machine oh well I guess I’m just gonna HAVE TO go down do 10 mins hehehe added just slow pace, & I couldn’t do my crunches & pushups, did VERY good yesterday had 2 salads, 1 bananna 1 orange, pinapple, lots of water well I think 90-100 ozs?? ok let me go finish my work outs & i’ll post yet another blog I LOVE TO BLOG, it lets me put in words what I’m thinking,. you guys rock, remember 1 day & 1 pound at a time we can do this! lets burn that FAT!

why me?

WHY WHY WHY? I have 4 german shephards dogs, and for SOME reason they felt the need to ALL bark at 6:50 AM, as if I don’t get enough sleep to begin with now its this, ahhhhhhh, well I just got Mikaylas waffles done, so I’m going to go down & get my work out done!! Maybe it’ll give me that burst of energy I really need, haha now my 4 year old is trying to love up on me, she’ll come down with me to work out she’s just so cute, ok i’m just being what any mother does, and bragging, have a great day & I will blog my workout again have a great day!

I’m back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone after last week & no exercise, I”M BACK!! I just finished my 20 mins of sprit 8 kick butt cardio, 4.3 miles & 290 calories, that is actually the longest miles & calories i’ve burned in 20 mins, I was doing double work! generally I burn about 260 calories & 4.1 miles, 20 girl push ups *DON’T LAU GH* and 20 crunches, & i’m done with my AM work outs, i’ve also started my DETOX PHASE of FATSmasher DIET, IF YOU LOOK at my previous blogs & do have some information on the diet, check it out, basically for the next 9 days I will only eat fruit & veggies, water, then I move on to phase 2, so i’ve had some grapes, a bananna, i’ll have a salad for lunch & a salad for dinner, & an orange in between, I’m all sweaty & my 4 year old is rolling balls all on the floor so I know its time for me to go! I JUST wanted to put my thoughts down on here, I know I can type anything i’d like, and you guys will just read support & motivate my butt in the correct direction if ever I fall back, I plan on doing my eliptical again when I get home about 11:30 tonight, 10 mins & 20 more crunches & 20 pushups, THE WAY I look at it is if I can get my work out done in the am, then  when I get home at night if im not ready to pass out I can just do an *Extra* workout hahaha see how that works, I”M SO SMART anyways you guys rock, keep the support & motivation coming, remember WE can do this 1 day & 1 pound at  a time!

Hey everyone

Hey everyone, sorry I haven’t been doing my daily blogs, but i’m still here, my uncle passed away Tuesday & I was home weds, thurs, fri, sat, & sunday, My baby sierra who is 4 took it really hard, I’ve been doing good with my eating but my exercise, not good at all, its been 1 thing after ANOTHER< but tomorrow is my day 1 again of exercise, so im going to double kick butt work out, I was sick as a dog last night, feeling better now, but just found out my little brother has the flu & I was over visiting him on saturday, today his fever was 104 so I hope he feels better & most of all I HOPE I DON”T GET IT>  just wanted to tell everyone thanks for all your support, motivation YOU GUYS ROCK. Remember 1 lb at a time WE can do this! keep it up!

Down 3 lbs

Ok everyone I finally weighed myself after my last weigh in of over 3 weeks ago, 3 lbs alittle less then what I would’ve hoped for but, 3 lbs shed off this body! =)  anyways i’m doing my detox phase of Fatsmash starting day 1 tomorrow! then I will weigh myself on day 10, and keep everyone posted, i’d love to hit the 170’s mark! wish me luck! you guys rock thanks for all the support & motivation, love you guys!

This is really not a diet but a normal healthy way to eat by the end of phase 4.
There are 4 phases. Phase 1 is detox to clean out your body of all the junk we have been abusing ourselves with. You eat all the fruits & veggis you want except white potatos & Avacados. You also can have up to and any of the following: unlimited legumes/beans & tofu, 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 cups of brown rice, 2 cups lf or 1% milk, 2 6oz yogurts and 4 eggwhites (eggbeaters) only water & 2 cups of herbal tea to drink. you get a very limited amount of olive oil & lf & ff dressing to use. You do this for 9 days. You are not suppose to weigh until AM of day 10 but I weigh in almost everyday, the progress motivates me! My husband hasn’t weighed yet.

Phase 2 for 3wks you keep everything you are eating in phase I & add in most protein meat chicken turkey fish (except pork), 1 whole egg add unsweetend ceral, 1 oz of cheese, coffee 1 10 oz cup & 2 diet pops a day come back.

Phase 3 4 weeks: increase the amounts of protein, adds ff mayo & peanut butter, 2 whole eggs, 3 cups of lf milk now & 1.3 oz of lf/ff cheese, 2 cups of freshly squeezed juice & whole grains bread 4 slices a day, 1 cup of pasta and 1 desert serving per day.

Phase 4 for life every food you want come back including alchol & all sweets/chips everything. the idea is your able to now handle a snack or high fat meal & go back to your regular good habits you have learned to retrain your body with.

He also demands 5 days of cardio work out a week & the time spent exercising increase 20% every phase. This is key to burning calories while reducing your calorie intake w/food make you loose the wt twice as fast.

It is so easy & I have gotten creative w/recipies during the 1st 9 days & we grilled veggies & ate lots of bean soups.

I found this on a site searching, & let me tell you I’ve done the fatsmash diet in the past I have lost 40 pounds in about 3-4 months, 12 in the first 9 days of detox, if I can do it anyone can! google this, try it out, I’m going to go back to my detox saturday, its not a *DIET* its a healthy life change, We can do this! REALLY bad day =*(

So today my uncle passed away, he was in alot of pain, & it was the hardest decsion my husband had to make, but after double phneomia, heart attack, blood infection & kidney failure, all since sunday it was the best choice, it just really really sucks, I haven’t even had time to exercise today, it was a choice go see him in the icu or workout, & i’m so glad I went & saw him 1 last time. I’ve cried, now im just feeling empty, my supervisor kept trying to send me home, but I said no, I’m going to take the next 3 days off, its hard, my husband was there when they pulled the plug,  my 4 year old Sierra has taken it really hard, cried forever, Mikayla is taking it alittle better, I just hope it gets better, if not for me for my husband, * this was his uncle* my mother in law & my children, I’m glad he is no longer in pain, it just really hurts, so for tonight i’m going to excuse myself from my workout, go to bed, tomorrow is going to be a LONG day, I hope everyone else is having a better day. thanks for listening..April
